Grease Monkey

Customer- FRAUD. I had a problem with my service at the grease monkey on Roswell road 1/25/24.

I had three services done: An oil change, a brake fluid flush, and injector fluid. I was there for less than 30 minutes and saw that my car was getting minimal attention. When they finished I paid, left, and pulled over in the parking lot. I popped my hood to do a quick inspection by checking the oil filter.

It was caked in dirt and did not look like it had even been touched. I took pictures of said filter and did a finger swipe to exam the dirt. After realizing my oil filter had not been touched and therefore my oil change was not complete. I went back to talk to the manager about the work that was done.

The manager said she would come out and inspect the car. The female manager and her mechanic came out together. I spoke to them questioning the work that was done. I asked them why my oil filter was filthy like dirty rims on a car.

The mechanic said the dirt came from his rag when screwing it on. The manager tells me the mechanics initials will be on the oil filter to prove it was changed. The mechanic then responded, no, they wont be on that one. The mechanic then suggests changing the oil filter now, which the manager then responded to with saying, that will mess up my inventory, just call the district manager.

The mechanic said no,no, dont call them, lets change it now. They both went back inside as I waited outside. The manager said she was calling the district manager and the mechanic was getting a new oil filter. The mechanic came back out with the new oil filter and a rag in hand.

This new oil filter was sparkling white. I took pictures of this in his hands. I questioned him saying why is that one perfectly clean. He responded with, I just cleaned it off with the rag, contradicting his previous statement about the filter being dirty from the rag.

After being deceitful, I said to the mechanic, no thank you on the new oil filter, I will call the district manager. And then I left. My brother was on the phone the entire time and spoke to the manager himself. They were very obviously acting in a fraudulent manner.

We then took my Volkswagen to the dealership for inspection the next day. They said my brake fluid was still dirty and that I needed an oil change as well.

We had this documented with them. We are now requesting a full refund from grease monkey as none of the services were completed properly.

I went to grease Monkey store #138 and as I entered the parking lot I see a group of employees standing w/ smoke coming from the crowd, so I pull up to the bay get out my car and look bk I see an employee walking over to me and approached me on my services, I observed a foul smell of weed Id say coming from the employee clothing and mouth however I stood back not knowing what to expect as another employee came up to assist the 1st employee which he also had a foul smell ,in his uniform names observed were Jay & Brandon, next I see another guy employee coming up as his name was Jacob he smelled bad as the other 2 gentleman, anyway I tell the 1st. gentlemen Jay what I wanted which was a simple Reg oil change as he tell another guy by the uniform name kj to try and sell me some wiper blades as I heard Jay say tell her they bad ,I indicated to the employee Kj that they were just replaced a few days ago he said mama you sure I said of course I have the bad in my trunk he said ok!

So then and older guy I BELIVE I heard Jay say Bond could you come get that other car which had just pulled up nd pull on bay 2 as Bond did but I noticed a few other employees coming out of a shed you guys have on the property blowing smoke out of their mouths s well No Cigarettes I will say bc it smelled like weed on the property anyway I thought was coming to help on bay 2 but instead approached me with will you be using cash or credit card today and i said cash I said is that okay and he said do you have cash app ? I said i do but I have cash Jay said Kj do cash app as thats not how I wanted to pay anyway Jay which was the guy that approached me 1St with the foul smell of which to be marijuana stop my vehicle to go over to a shed and give a guy something as I observed a lot of traffic coming and leaving the parking lot which Jay or kj would be the approaches to the shed to the vehicle hand in transaction that definitely wasnt job related,moving forward in the future I will never return and I hope the police one day crack down on these guys your running a bad business here instead of oil changes its the place to smoke drugs and purchase Id like to personally talk to your corporate office bc this place is way out of hand . I even went to Napa behind you guys to get something as iI had a conversation with them they even indicated they smoke weed and sale drugs there everyday its like a hang out drug ring of guys there and not to mention their manager is involved really do you know the manager and they told me his name was Josh but they call him Jay .so I go on to tell the employees @ Napa that he was the 1st to approach me and he smelled strong of weed , they said we know he comes here all the time getting part for jobs that Im sure grese monkey shouldnt be doing . They even indicated that the mechanic there has told them that Jay is greedy and that hes making him do all the side jobs and give him what he wants him to have while Jay /Josh watch him work even told NAPA they be having jobs up to $1,000 and jay would give him $200 @ the most ..thinking he doesnt know not to mention they told me they BELIVE these guys are stealing companies $$ .I send a friend to get oil change there and she was told to send a cash app too some Phn # instead of cash which I had in the cash in register..

she to observe a lot of what to BELIVE to be Drug trafficking.. that shed and them employees cars are truck that was clear indication of GREASE MONKEY OF SALISBURY #138 will be punished for these actions soon its clear they are stealing and running a drug ring and using these promises to do so My guess would be you guys need a new team . My husband said he observed a employee Brandon and Jacob split the cash he gave .. As tge Mechanic is not licensed to be even working on these cars my buddy said hes been bk more than 8 times for transmission issue that the employee Kenny/Bond stated he would flush and take care of as well as some other issues after giving him $400 cash for everything about this place is sad and disturbing to all the companies around it ..

I will be contacting corporate on these individuals or I will see that this business goes down leave your dirty work home not your place of employment Brandon,Jacob Jay/Josh Kj Kenny/Bond & the Red head guy tas your poor manager Josh/jay your very unprofessional ..Chris and Dan would have been cleared you guys out if they knew all this just was told by NAPA they sold the place about a year ago. I was told to contact Justin for cooperate I sure will bc this needs to stop
